Becoming partners

Once we sign an agreement, you become part of the Long & Foster family – you will have a wealth of resources at your disposal. I become your business partner who advises and counsels you every step of the way.

Selling and buying?

If you're selling and buying at the same time, I have a plan to help you with that, too. I will initiate a simultaneous search to find your new home while we're getting ready to put your home on the market. I offer customized Coordination Plans for families who are doing both at once – you're in good hands with your big changes!

Pricing your home

I work closely with you to analyze the current market and set the right price for your home the first time. Did you know that most people see your house within the first 14 days, and you have the most bargaining power in the first 30 days? Let's pull buyers in while you still have that power!

Preparing to show

We'll showcase your home so the competition pales in comparison. My Prep Program is so comprehensive – and amazing – that I only discuss the details with owners in person. I don't want to give my secrets away...because then I'm giving your secrets away! Let's discuss our plan in a Listing Appointment.

Marketing your home

Negotiating the deal

I will help you evaluate all offers and negotiate effectively so your best interests are represented at all times. After years of negotiating for clients at the national and international levels, I have the skill and acumen to ensure that we secure the best offer without losing the deal.

Getting smoothly to closing

I monitor all activities from the sales contract to the closing table to ensure your best interests continue to be represented and that activities stay on track for a smooth closing.
