Once we agree to work together, you become a valued part of the Hunt Country Sotheby's International Realty clientele – you will have a wealth of resources at your disposal. I become your business partner who advises you every step of the way and can recommend additional resources and counsel if circumstances warrant.

Selling and buying?

If you're selling and buying at the same time, I have experience in helping you navigate dual transactions. I will initiate a simultaneous search to find your new home while we're preparing your current property for market. I offer customized Coordination Plans, especially if you're building a new home – you're in good hands with your big changes.

Pricing your home

I work closely with you to analyze the current market and set the right price for your property the first time. Most potential buyers see your home within 14 days (within 24-36 hours if they receive early property alerts), and you have the most bargaining power in the first 30 days. Let's pull buyers in while you still have the position of strength. I have Pricing Case Studies I'd be happy to share to demonstrate the difference a few days on market can make.

Preparing to show

We'll showcase your home to highlight its features and lifestyle components, enhancing its beauty and value. I have a team of contractors, designers, and luxury specialists exclusive to my practice who will work with you to make the competition pale in comparison when it comes time to list your property.
